What happens when I place and order?

Simply select the items you wish to purchase. Next, you will be asked to enter your payment details, shipping information and shipping method. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you may know your items are on their way to you!

How can I choose the right size for me?

Most apparel items on our website will be listed in International or Indian sizes. However, in those cases where they are not, consult our sizing chart designed specifically to help you choose the right size for you. Once the item arrives, if it does not fit the way you like, please visit the Shipping And Returns section on our website.

Can I return an item that does not fit me properly?

If you receive an item and the size does not fit as you would like, Alisha can exchange it for a different size provided the item exists in stock. If you receive the item and you wish to return it, Alisha will accept returns for undamaged items within 7 days from the date you receive your package. When will I receive my order?

Orders placed on our website require a five day processing time. Once the order is shipped, allow for two days if shipping locally or up to 10 days if shipping Internationally.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard for all orders. Please keep in mind, that if purchasing with an International Credit Card, your order may take up to 72 hours to process prior to shipping.

What happens if I forget my password information?

If you forget your password, simply click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the Sign In page and fill out the short form. You will receive an email telling you how to retrieve your password.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You need not sign up for membership to place an order with Alisha. However, signing up is free and will enhance your shopping experience.

How are the products selected?

Our team selects each item on our website directly from the designer/vendor for you. We endeavor closely with all our vendors to handpick each item carefully.

How do I know my credit card is secure?

With Alisha, the safety of our customers is primordial. We have devoted our time and efforts to ensure all transactions are 100% secure. Alisha processes your credit card through HDFC’s payment gateway where the transaction is made. Your credit card information will not be stored with us.
